By accessing and using the CarZ platform, operated by ZLK Studio SRL, you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
CarZ is a software (SaaS) platform for car dealers, used to manage inventory, publish a public website, calculate profit, run reports and carry out marketing activities. Available features depend on the chosen subscription plan.
Using the platform requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. The free trial period is offered under the conditions shown at registration.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance, according to the selected plan. Prices are stated in EUR and exclude any applicable taxes. Late payment may lead to suspension of access. Payments made are non-refundable except where expressly required by law.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to publish false, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of vehicle data, prices and availability published through the platform.
The platform, code, design and the CarZ trademarks belong to ZLK Studio SRL. Content you upload (listings, photos, text) remains your property, while you grant the platform the right to host and display it for the purpose of providing the service.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ZLK Studio SRL is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Profit calculations are indicative and do not constitute tax advice.
You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On termination, data may be available for export for a limited period.
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
